American Red Cross. Provide certified pure air, grade ‘E’ nitrox, & professional
experienced instructors. Operate every aspect of our business
with the highest integrity,honesty and professionalism.
HAVE A SERVICE ATTITUDE - Our
customers can be assured of consistent, respectful and timely
service. We
listen and are happy to assist.We will provide solutions. Our
intention is to provide customers with answers to their questions
and solutions to their problems, not just to provide information.
We will find you what you need.
PROVIDE PROMPT REPLIES & ANSWERS -
Customers should receive a response to their call,
unless a specific question was asked and research was needed
or a specific person was requested and they were off or on vacation.
Each customer should receive an answer to an inquiry within 24-48
hours.
PROVIDE PERSONAL SERVICE - We
greet every customer when you place a call during regular business
hours. It only makes sense to build on and maintain a long-term
